Employee at Oprah's Girls' School Arrested on Abuse Charge
A former 27 year-old employee has been arrested in connection to charges of physical and sexual abuse at Oprah Winfrey's girls' school in South Africa, a rep for the school announced Friday.
The matron will appear in court Monday. A name was not disclosed.
Winfrey, 53 who was abused as a child broke down in tears to parents of the $40 million school during an emergency meeting October 21, apologizing for the alleged abuse allegations.
