    • My Dad is Better Than Your Dad

Just when you thought T.V. couldn't get any worse, NBC comes around and creates a reality show that makes you slap your head and scream WTF?!

NBC is finally finding out who's Dad really is the coolest in their latest reality offering "My Dad is Better Than Your Dad."

Thanks WGA. I can't wait for Fox to come out with "You're Not the Boss of Me," ABC's "Jinx!," and the CW's "He Who Smelt It, Dealt It."

    • A Random Low Res Rant

Another of the gems unearthed by the Current Comedy Award, Rory asks, what could be a more rant-worthy current subject than TV? Well, try rugby, wasps and self-help books for starters.... • 'I'll have a nibble on a crocodile's nadger....'

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here is back on UK screens on Monday and the reported line up raises the usual question: who are these Z-listers?

But with 'celebrity' Gemma Atkinson (Hollyoaks actress and Ultimo model) saying "I'll have a nibble on a crocodile's nadger" and admitting that she is up for a romp with a Jungle hunk, perhaps it might be worth watching this year.

Who am I kidding, I get sucked in every year. So who are you tipping to win?

    • Is Fake News Now the Standard?

With fake news possibly being the standard, there is a need for Current TV more than ever.

    • This Week in Terrible Television

It's time for more highlights from all the terrible television action you missed this week. The common theme this time around seems to be physical discomfort – a squirming cat, a frowning cheerleader, crotch-stomping acrobats, and a tired old gypsy. We threw in a clip of Pat Robertson to pass that feeling of uneasiness on to you. Enjoy (with video links). It's time for more highlights from all the terrible television action you missed this week. • Bobby Brown Goes Country!

Bobby Brown and several other celebrities in a new series on CMT titled "Gone Country", giving each star the chance to become the next country music superstar. My guess is he'll face stiff competition from fellow celeb Sisqo. Haha. • Star Wars- The TV Series

having been very disappointed in Episodes 1 and 2, this news does not make me hopeful for a return to the quality of Eps. 4, 5, 6 and to a much lesser extent 3.

Of course if Yoda is a principal, all bets are off.

What do you think of the idea of a Star Wars TV series? Something you would TIVO?

    • Confession kills game show

The hit game show "Nothing But the Truth" has been canceled after a contestant won $25,000 for admitting she hired someone to kill her husband.

Tuesday was the final day for the show, in which contestants attached to a lie-detector machine answered 21 increasingly invasive questions to win up to $50,000.
