C.C. Sabathia Wins Cy Young Award
The man is a great pitcher but didn't make much happen for his club in the post season. Which brings me to my next point which why isn't this award given out before the end of the year. In basketball, the MVP award is given out during the playoffs. This is a much better system. If we are trully honoring the best player/pitcher/whatever of the season why is it that we wait until AFTER the post season to hand it out? (insert horrible missing chads joke here)

Who Blew It Worse? Bears vs. BoSox II
So there was a pretty one sided answer to my post this morning that asked who blew it worse over the weekend the California Golden Bears loosing in the last seconds of the game or the collapse in Boston which tied the ALCS 1-1. Cleveland in the World Series
I'm thinking more and more that Cleveland will get to the world series and it could start tonight. With a win in this first game things could start looking very good for the tribe. Check out the article that I clipped from SI to see how the players match up position for position. I also think that the Red Sox should win this series which leads me to the conclusion that they will in fact loose. Check my recent prophetic post on who will win what and you'll see what i'm talking about. In the end it would make to much sense for the Red Sox to win it all. Reporter Cries Over Yankees Loss!!!
Suzyn Waldman was unapologetic Tuesday for choking up and sobbing briefly in her report Monday night on WCBS-AM after the Indians knocked the Yankees out of the playoffs. "That's who I am," she said.
