3 year old seriously injured in Primark fall
A young girl has been seriously injured in a fall at the Liverpool store of Primark.
The 3 year old girl fell 100 ft from an escalator in the store which has since been closed whilst investigations are carried out.

Should cigarette counters be banned?
Under new proposals set out by the government, displaying cigarettes in shops could soon become illegal in a bid to discourage children starting smoking as well as hopefully cutting the amount of smokers in the UK.
According to the BBC, Ministers are also considering tighter controls on vending machines in pubs and restaurants, with the public also getting to voice their opinions over the coming months.
Should there be stricter control over the sale of cigarettes, or are the Association of Convenience Stores' thoughts that the the move would be "ineffective" true? I had no idea Colin Firth had a shop, let alone a solar powered, fair trade eco-shop. Still, it's something that'll pay the mortgage when the bottom falls out of being in s**t romantic comedies. Always More to See in The Castro
I've been wondering for awhile... how is it that the Castro is the only neighborhood I've been to in the United States where it seems to be all right to have pornographic images pasted in storefront windows? Even when I lived in NYC, I remember a controversy about an adult toys store that was coming to my neighborhood. The only thing that a store like that is prohibited to do is show inappropriate images, etc. in the window (so that kids walking by aren't indecently exposed), which is why those places normally have tinted, colored, or covered windows. Does anyone know anything about this? If a four year-old kid walks past Castro, down 18th street, they're in for more than a friendly stroll... I've been wondering for awhile... how is it that the Castro is the only neighborhood I've been to in the United States where... more
