Republicans hold YouTube debate
US Republican presidential candidates Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney clashed on immigration during a debate using questions submitted by the public.
After Mr Romney accused Mr Giuliani of being soft on illegal immigrants, Mr Giuliani suggested his rival had employed them at his mansion.
Eight candidates answered questions sent by people via video-sharing website YouTube and broadcast by CNN.
The clash came 35 days before the first votes are cast in the nominating races.
While Mr Giuliani leads in national polls at present, he trails Mr Romney in Iowa and in New Hampshire, which host respectively the first caucus and the first primary. CNN Fake Debate
CNN & YouTube sponsored a Republican presidential debate on Nov 28 2007 wherein the questions coming from the audience/YouTube participants were supposed to represent the concerns of average citizens. Instead, it was revealed that many of the questions came from Democrat operatives -- people who actually work for the Democrat candidates, but what makes it worse is the when confronted about this, CNN & its host Anderson Cooper pretended they had no idea. Ummmm... & CNN wants to be leaders in "investigative journalism" -- I think not...or they are simply lying. Anyhow, this is my 51 second response to the fake debate.
