Portal in 18:00 minutes.
A man by the name of "Groobotube" is about to simultaneously blow your mind, give you a migraine, and impregnate you with his unbelievable speedrun of Portal. He ends up finishing the game in an unparalleled 18:05, which is far better than what 99.9% of us could ever dream of accomplishing.
In all honesty, it's pretty difficult to make out exactly what's going on in this speedrun, especially during the later levels -- but it sure does look cool. It even had me yelling "oh hell naw" in disbelief on more than one occasion.

Ignis Solus: a Team Fortress 2 Machinima
Embedded here is the short machinima, "Ignis Solus," which uses gameplay footage from Team Fortress 2. It's an impressive work: Valve's "Orange Box" collection of games is only fresh on the market, for one, so this slick production is also off-the-cuff. For another, it's clear that gaming technology is now able to produce graphics as clean and stylized as any Pixar film. Which is a huge development, in that this is all in-game footage, using realtime rendering, as opposed to some deliberately glossy production that employs more complex, expensive animation techniques.
