The Art of Robotics (Rough Cut)
In September of 2007, two artist / engineers from Boston, MA were comissioned to design, build, and bring to life a musical machine that could be played from anywhere in the world via the Internet. Are Award Shows in Danger due to the WGA Strike???
All year I wait for the Academy Awards (and the Globes too, I guess) with eager anticipation. But this year might be different.
Award shows also need writers. We all know these ceremonies can be boring without a good laugh every five to ten minutes or so. With the writer's strike going on, writing waivers from both the Hollywood Foreign Press and the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences have been rejected.

Pod Teaser Trailer - The Art of Robotics
In September of this year, Boston Artist/Engineers Dan Paluska and Jeff Lieberman were commissioned to design and create a three part musical robotic band. The sculpture can be controlled via the Internet and will be viewed live on display in New York City after the launch of the project on January 31st.
