    • Sweatin' on the Subway

Introducing "Sweatin' on the Subway", the newest fitness craze to hit New York City! To get around New York City, most of us have to ride the train. But the phrase "ride the train" can sound misleading. It should be called "wait the train" because that's what we spend most of our time doing. Wait for the train to come. Wait for a seat on the train. Wait on the train... You get the point. This is wasted time, and money, spent waiting. Instead of reading a book (Who reads books anymore?), fiddling with your iPod (We know it's not on; you just don't want to give tourists directions) or scrolling through your Blackberry (Excuse to ignore buskers and/or the less fortunate), why not work out a little bit? Monica and Ally came up with several exercises that you can do on the platform and on the train to not only liven up your commute, but to also keep you in better shape. Hey, don't worry about body odor. The Subway smells already! So watch our pod and tell us what you think! I gotta end this now because I have to actually get off the train... • Clotey Osu, Ghana

This video is a extension of another video called Child care foundation i sended 10 minutes ago.

Its about this waste ground in a town called Clotey in Ghana, which belongs to the forefathers and cannot be cleaned, etc.

Kids play there and its a cause of infections and accidents...

I think people should start trying to do things for a better living without having god always in their minds.

    • Child Care Foundation

Description: Ghana is situated in West Africa in the Guinea Gulf. With a population of 20 million people it’s among 18 poorest countries in the planet. According to the United Nations, 45% of it’s population lives with less than 1 dólar a day.

Child labour is illegal in Ghana as Ghanaian law sets the minimum age for employment at 15. But you can see it everywhere: working in the market, or collecting fares in buses as well as working as domestic servants or cracking stones. On the outskirts of Accra, the capital, these children are working in distressing conditions. Breaking up stones into tiny pieces for construction materials is a hazardous job. Most parents can not afford the fees, and the cost of books and uniforms, to send their children to school so they have to work to help the family's economy.

That is the case of the children to whom Lila McQueen is helping. Lila has been volunteering in orphanages and NGO’s for street children for the past four years and while doing that, she used to teach here in Mallam, her grandmothers community and where lots of the children who work in the mines live.

She counts with the help of her uncle, who is a trained teacher but uses a wheel chair, which makes it hard for him to be employed, He is in charge of the smaller ones which in most cases do not know how to write.

They started in October 2004 with two children and now there are almost fifty of them.

Her mother is a trained teacher so she prepares the lessons for her. Lila is now full time with her Child Care Foundation, which is growing every day.

    • A Short Intro to Adobe Premiere and Pinnacle Studio

A perhaps lame, but hopefully helpful, basic intro to video editing for short films for complete novices, despite the monotonous flat voice. (Made for my 2nd Film Making class project -- see my first short, "Winding River", that the sample footage was based on in my profile)
