By asking which liquor store will contribute the most to improving energy efficiency and then supporting the store with the highest percentage, CarrotMob has proposed an interesting idea for supporting profits while also supporting a shift towards environmentally friendly business.
I'm afraid this isn't "news" per se, since it happened about a month ago, but it does seem like a new idea.
