Russell Crowe to play Bill Hicks?
Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe is reportedly considering playing acerbic comedian Bill Hicks in a movie biopic.
Self-touted as ""Chomsky with dick jokes", Hicks enjoyed moderate mainstream success in the 80s and 90s. Since his early death from cancer at the age of just 32 years old, Hicks has become a cult icon, touted as an influence to a huge number of comedians and paid tribute in everything from The Simpsons to the comic series Preacher.

Yes, Hippie Man and the Back Bowl do go together. Just because he has smoked a bowl out in the back of many places, doesn't mean Hippie Man has been to the Back Bowl in Eagle, Colorado. He may fit in well with the Boulder, Colorado crowd, but some of the local cowboys in Eagle, Colorado don't necessarily get all of his humour, do you!?
