LA TRAGEDIA DEL 911 ANTICIPATA SEI MESI DA UNA SERIE TV!
Il 4 Marzo 2001 (potete verificare la data ovunque) andò in onda sui network televisivi americani, il telefilm "The Lone Gunmen", i cui protagonisti principali sono i "consulenti" di Fox Mulder in "The X-Files", Langly, Byers e Frohike, i cosidetti "Pistoleri Solitari".
Ebbene in questo "spin-off" di X-Files, nella prima puntanta intitolata "Pilot" si trova la "profezia" di un atroce evento che sarebbe avvenuto qualche mese dopo. Nella puntata pilota si vede un Boeing 747 di una comune linea aerea, pieno di passeggeri, dirottato sul... Word Trade Center. Inoltre l’aereo è dirottato “da remoto” sfruttando il pilota automatico e la natura dei mandanti dell’attentato.
Nel telefilm l’attacco sarebbe organizzato da alcuni settori del Governo Federale allo scopo di “giustificare l’aumento delle spese militari e l’attacco ad un paese con un regime non affine agli Stati Uniti“.
E' solo una coincidenza oppure c'è davvero un sospetto (legittimo o meno che sia) che dietro le idee di Chris Carter (ideatore della serie "X Files" e di "The Lone Gunmen") ci sia la supervisione di qualche ente governativo e di "intelligence" USA?
Sopra alcuni spezzoni del telefilm RILEVANTI (in inglese con i sottotitoli in italiano) rispetto ai tragici eventi che sarebbero realmente accaduti 6 mesi dopo...

La furia dell'acqua!
Agli inizi del 2001 la band valdostana losbastardos, dopo aver vissuto in prima persona il dramma dell’alluvione in Valle d’Aosta [14-15 ottobre 2000], decide di comporre un brano per esprimere le sensazioni provate in prima persona e quelle condivise con altri protagonisti dell’evento. Da questa commistione di ingredienti nasce il brano Fino in Fondo. Di lì a poco decidono di comune accordo con l’etichetta discografica Opere Buffe di trasmettere al pubblico anche l’aspetto visivo della catastrofe; viene così commissionata la realizzazione di un videoclip controcorrente che denunci il sempre più visibile rivoluzionarsi del clima e focalizzare l’attenzione sui problemi ambientali che hanno già colpito la Valle d’Aosta e potrebbero purtroppo avverarsi anche in altre zone a rischio.
Nel 2002 vede quindi la luce il videoclip musicale che, per volontà della band, mostra un meticoloso montaggio di immagini filmate da videoamatori che ritrae la potenza dell’acqua durante le giornate dell’alluvione del 2001 e i giorni seguenti senza mostrare immagini della band stessa per accentuare la drammaticità del messaggio e rispettare la sensibilità della popolazione colpita dalla tragedia.
Il videoclip è stato promosso dalla band e trasmesso per breve tempo su Rock TV ma ne è stata negata la presenza in rotazione su MTV.
L’opera è stata dedicata a coloro che non sono riusciti a salvarsi dalla catastrofe.

Are vapor trails from aircraft influencing the climate, and if so, should we worry?
I've always wanted to hate contrails, the "condensation trails" streaming out from behind jets. They're man-made. They force lines on nature, which knows no lines. They arise out of pollution, and they generate visual pollutionaircraft graffiti that can erase blue from the sky and light from the sun. All good reasons to despise these artificial clouds.
But I don't. I've always been drawn to them. When I see one above, I like to run my eye along its length until I find the plane, a tiny silver toy. I like to wonder at the blank space between the plane and the start of the contrailemptiness full of potentialand then to see the churning new cloud as it forms, a tumbling cascade. When the roiling slows and the newborn cloud settles into a contrail proper, I admire its perfection: a straight white line sharply etched against the blue. Even when numerous contrails made fat by the wind crisscross the sky, I don't mind.
Well, I might now. After a lifetime of enjoying contrails, it came as a surprise to me to learn recently that something so ephemeral may not be a harmless by-product of the jet age but may in fact impact the climate. This is of particular concern in well-traveled air corridors, where contrails by the hundreds can spread into man-made cirrus clouds that can both block sunlight from reaching the Earth and trap radiated heat from escaping to space.
Whether contrails cause a net cooling or a net warming, even whether their effect is something to worry about, remains unclear. But with air traffic expected to double or even triple by 2050, leading contrail researchers say the influence of these artificial clouds cannot be ignored.
