Indian Bollywood Dancing Group set Guinness world Records
More than 200 budding dancers braved the weather in Trafalgar Square to break a world record for Bollywood dancing.
The five-minute routine had people of all ages and backgrounds dancing to classic Indian show song Om Shanti Om. The 212 people who took part earned themselves a place in the Guinness Book of Records.
The event was part of a dance-themed festival organised by BBC Blast, which caters for teenagers and young adults.
Hosted by Strictly Come Dancing's Erin Boag, it encouraged young people to break several world records including largest number of football freestyle tricks in one minute and largest number of street dance moves in 60 seconds.

Trafalgar's fourth plinth to display... us?
Thousands of ordinary people will have their hour in the artistic spotlight as the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square is to play host to a "living sculpture" 24 hours a day for 100 days. The plinth, which has become Britain's most prominent and controversial stage for modern art, will play host to 2,400 people each standing vigil for one hour.
Turner Prize winning sculptor Antony Gormley's idea for a "cross between reality television and Speaker's Corner," has been announced joint-winner of the competition to occupy the site next year.

Art : The Battle Of Trafalgar 2008
The future of one of the UK's most famous landmarks is in the hands of a bunch of designers who are fighting for the chance to install their own works on Trafalgar Square's Fourth Plinth.
Six artists have now been announced as being in contention for what could be one of Britain's most popular attractions in coming years. The shortlisted artists are Jeremy Deller, Tracey Emin, Antony Gormley, Anish Kapoor, Yinka Shonibare and Bob and Roberta Smith.
The offerings are as varied as you'd expect from the nominees, with everything from 100ft. peace signs, burnt out cars from Iraq, to meerkats all being in the running.
Check the link for a more detailed description of all of the entries, I'm definitely down with
Anthony Gormley's idea - he wants members of the public to stand on the plinth for an hour
so he can hopefully occupy the plinth continuously for 12 months.
Would you make a stand for Trafalgar Square?
