what happened to current.com
So I was reading through nytimes and i happened to stumble upon an article about current TV and current.com the writer concluded " It’s a neat site, but I’m still not convinced that television – and Current in particular, with its spot in the ozone layer of most channel listings – matters enough to the young people Current wants to target." granted that he makes his statement in comparison to myspace and youtube; his statement had me thinking. what happened to current particularly current.com. does current.com serve its purpose or has its original idea been lost through the cracks . . if this has been done before forgive my ignorance on the matter. I realized browsing through the content on current's website that there are a lot people who are really loving current and others who think that current is full of crap and its a very liberal website and there is some sort of "evil hand" voting on which stories to put on tv. so what do you guys really think of current.com. personally i think its awesome. What's Great, Everyone...I wanted to share this video to everyone...And to give everyone no matter who you are, no matter what you look like,no matter if your male or female,rich or poor,literate or illiterate,small,tall,fat,skinny,white,brown,liberal,conservative,quite or loud...That everyone has problems,everyone isn't perfect and that no one should be shuned away because they aren't up with some of the trends in todays society or are the center of criticism and sarcasm and is subjected to Humiliation or riddicule or even put thru thoughtless negative unneeded stressful tormenting all for the gain of pleasure from another person's emotional pain and suffering...That is used as a social game by using a person's personal problem's and various personal information all intergrated into a negative social game...It's maybe funny to those that particapate but what about the actual person or people who are the one's being humiliated and underminded it's Stressful...that's why events like columbine happen or the reason why people get heavily into drug's or become gang member's or even worse suicide...Personally I don't let that type of perverse childs play affect me... I just think that it's sad and unfair to those who aren't as strongminded as me everyone's different...I had a friend who took his own life because of idiot social group prank riddicule game,They hacked his personal picture file's,Hacked his e-mail's and even made up things about personal issue's in his life...and made up rumor's that weren't true...My friend was so depressed that he shut himself off to everyone and then started using heavy drug's and Heavy drinking until finally he couldn't take it anymore so he took his own life on Christmas Eve a 3yrs ago...He was a great person that never talked negative about anyone...He was kind..giving...and smart he had alot of great plan's on what his intention's where after he graduated from College...But the stress and Depression and the people who where involved in that hurtful game...They might of got there laughs and kicks outta hurting him mentally...But His family and true friends had to bury him...All for a little HAHA..-"Where there is LOVE, There is LIFE" -Mahatma Gandhi... So is Nibiru real? Do you guys agree or disagree on the notion of the world ending in 2012, or is this just some big hype like the y2k? And let's say there really was a Planet X (NIBIRU) coming in the next four years? What's on it and what's gonna become of the human race? Are we gonna survive and get on with our day to day lives or is this society gonna crumble and fall like the towers of Babylon? Hmmmm?
