Asthma Cure by Athma-Pure Logics

Follow the athma-pure logics to stay healthy. You experience it for yourself and feel better.
Some of the foods develop some allergies that we do not know for sure. Everyone body is different based on the genetic predisposition. Chronic stress on your body and mind will develop some allergies. Your skin rash or itchy skin is the best indicator, tells you that you have some kinds of allergy reactions by eating some foods. The constipation also develops some skin allergies. That is why you listen to your body after eating certain foods that develop allergies. And write down those foods in your diary for future references. The common allergy foods are egg, peanut, tree nuts (cashew, walnut, almond, pecan), milk, citrus peel/pulp, spinach, some spices, sesame seeds, some natural foods, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, wheat, shell fish, shrimp, eggplant, tomato, alcohol, wine and soy products and Sleep well. Reduce your stress on your body and mind.

The genetic predisposition of the human body is protected and improved by a long term effect of the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe in order to have your athma or soul lives longer with good health. Be calorie conscious in selecting the food you eat, and stay physically active. Do not skip meals. Prefer to eat small portion of meals, five times a day. Your body needs fuel to function properly without any stress.

Our bodies are alkaline by design and acid by function. The fluids that make up 70% of your body must remain alkaline for you to experience optimal health. If you eat acidic foods in a meal, you should balance that meal with alkaline foods. Eat acidic foods only as needed. Omega-3s are used in the formation of cell walls, making them supple and flexible, and improve circulatory oxygen uptake with proper red blood cell flexibility and function. An ideal intake ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids is between 1:1 and 4:1, with most Americans only obtaining a ratio between 10:1 and 25:1. You should include optimum levels of omega-3s in your meal. Follow the nutritional pyramid.

No one is perfect, and no process is perfect either. At least, you need to remind yourselves about self discipline and self control, sometimes using the moderation and balance principles, which will boost your self esteem to function properly in your daily life. Love and enjoy the work you do. Everyone is born genius with certain talents. Use those talents at the right time and right place. Cultivate that special talent of yours and respect your peers. Live simply, stay calm and persistent towards your goals by walking on your own path. Know your values, and manage and lead from those values. Maintain your perspective on all things, at all times. Once you have found good people, mentor and coach them. Provide support, guidance, direction and encouragement.

Stay on your solid path and focus on your goals. Do not rush or push yourself too hard to reach your long term goals. Do not compare yourself with others; time will bring you wealth. Share your personal wealth with your local community towards a good cause. Forgiveness is a special gift for, the ability to forgive will make you happy and a loving nature and spiritual life will bring its own gifts. We begin aging when we stop learning. Remember, if you do not have enough knowledge, you will easily be fooled by others. Update your knowledge daily.
