    • Clinton Statement On NY Airspace Czar Appointment

On April 8, 2008 presidential contender Hillary Rodham Clinton's statement regarding the appointment of Director Kennington-Gardinera included directing the new NY airspace czar to include the environmental impacts on residential communities in any criteria to address the metro area's congestion and delays (see below).

The New Jersey Coalition Against Aircraft Noise (NJCAAN) appreciates Clinton's statement that includes consideration regarding the health impacts generated by the aviation industry in the metro area. One clear way to address delays would be to utilize the restricted offshore military airspace for commercial aircraft. The military utilizes this airspace for training purposes. The unintended consequence is to force more commercial aircraft over residential communities.

      President, NJCAAN

Statement of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton Regarding the Appointment of
the Director for the Federal Aviation Administration's New York Integration Office

"I am pleased that the FAA has finally taken action to appoint someone who can take a comprehensive look at the problems with our airspace. I certainly hope that Director Kennington-Gardinera will immediately begin the critical task of evaluating congestion at every step of the flight process, including the impact of flights over residential areas. While we must take action immediately to end the problems that plague our airports and airspace, any plans moving forward must also consider the quality of life for those people living in current and proposed flight paths. This is a quality of life issue for travelers as well as residents and this is our best chance to make sure everyone's concerns are heard."

Late last year, Senator Clinton joined her colleagues in the New York and New Jersey congressional delegation in calling for the appointment of an "airspace czar" to evaluate congestion at every step of the flight process - from tower control, to the TRACON, to the routing center.

    • Trains are coming back in style!

In the future, there will be the return of railroads and I couldn't be happier!

I've already explained in another article that I think it's time that U.S. really starts considering a larger network of high-speed railways because of our current airline problems. I know it's being implemented in California and in Texas but with all the problems lately with air travel from masturbating passengers to too hot fliers, we need a new mode of transportation across the board.

Also, well established high speed rail systems in use today are more environmentally friendly than air or road travel. This is due to lower energy consumption per passenger kilometer, reduced land usage for a given capacity compared to motorways, and displaced usage from more environmentally damaging modes of transport. In fact, I'm sure more study into it could make it even more eco-friendly.

I don't know why Americans think flight is our only mode of transportation. I know it's quicker but the prices are rising and the courtesy you once got on a flight is now diminishing. Flight understandable when going overseas or even across country but we've got find new efficient ways to get around.

    • Porn for the blind?

In a world full of hi-res images and mammouth sized screens, have you ever taken a minute to think about the visually impaired?

Well, Porn for the Blind, a nonprofit organisation based in Cambridge, Mass. has done just that. Establishing itself for the sole purpose of making the millions of free porn clips available online accessible to people with visual impairments, volunteer 'audiodescribers' watch porn preview videos and describe the action.

The site was initially slow to take off with only 14 audio descriptions uploaded, but after a little press attention the site streamed more than 40GB to more than 50,000 visitors.

According to Regina Lynn, "there's something hot about the absolute amateur quality of the submissions, just like a homemade snapshot capturing real sexual energy can have more impact than a studio photograph of a professional model."

I'll take her word for it.

      ***Warning! Low your keyboard volume!

That is indeed a sad reality of American's mediocracy that started with the film "Easy Rider" back in the 60's. The Film was produced in 1969 but this mediocre culture started in the 60's by Harley Davidson and its followers that today terrorizes inhabitants all over United States. Here is a clear example of when Fantasy when imitated into reality end up to destroy our culture and society on many false pretext of rights that does not exist. The reality is that these individuals and Industry that support to fuel this kind of behavior burned our Constitution and Flag right under everyone's nose and you are not doing anything about it.
Should we blame the Producers of the Movie, "Easy Rider"?
Not in my opinion! They had all the rights to do the movie. People in society are the ones that suppose to separate their fantasies from reality and recognize that they do not have the right to imitate that.

"When Some Fantasy Blows Into Reality, the resulted is always Chaos."

      - What are your thoughts in regards to that?

Part of the Social Architecture Class.
If you are an Engineer working for Traffic Management, here are the items you will learn.

      1. How to create a Quiet and Safe Transportation Architecture and infrastructure.
      2. The Ethical and Human Way to Develop Social Infrastructure by Respecting the Life of Humans and its Environment.
      3. The main question one Architect and an Engineer can ask to themselves is:

How can I develop it in a way that is safe for human lives?
And I heard a voice in my Spirit that said:

"Fix the mistakes, Redevelop and Innovate it!"

In sensorial sciences philosophy the main application is to begin every project by analyzing the human health safety impact first. All the other things comes after that.

The motto here is: It has to be healthy, safe and clean, then we will take it!

The ACLU works (against*) measures to reduce loud car stereo noise violations.

Impounding cars for loud stereos is a proven method for addressing the
problem. Peoria IL has demonstrated this repeatedly.
      - Ron Czapala

Peter Tannen, chairman of the Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto branch of the
American Civil Liberties Union, said allowing police to impound a vehicle if the stereo is too loud raises concerns.

      - So much to view so little time...

Look at the bird, the girls, the guys, the politicians, the something else going on overseas, look, look and forget about your daily life, economy, education, health care, inflation, food manipulation, the polluters, the bandits robbing your precious time and income, the lack of jobs, forget what this part of the public and government are doing to screw you up every single day and slave you. look at the bird baby!!!

Have you ever wonder why this Country, Locally and Nationally gets away with murder daily after day, monthly after month, yearly after year and by the time you wake up, it is too late?

Well wonder no more! This posting section is part of a Project I developed called simultaneously "Pick and Choose," or "Pick, Choose and Lose."

I do not know about you but I am sick and tired to turn on the TV and after haven watched the News, seen the same brain dead format, very little attention for Local and important issues to the point of acting on a dangerous deadly denial mode. That is our Corporate and Secular Network Media. Being a media broadcaster, I pray everyday so the Spirit of GOD will give me guidance to spot the most social and humane issues and air it before the spoofery, bullies and brain dead entertainment comes along to fool you.

      What about you?
Still looking and giving more importance to what is killing you?

    • Journalism - Activism from "in" to "out"

      1. Local News:
      2. National News:
      3. International News:

I personally feel that there are dangerous broadcast ideologies happening today that diverts our attention to external news thus giving us the impression that our local news are less important. It looks that the problem is always elsewhere but where you live, your neighborhood, your community. I am not saying that National and International news are not important, what I am saying is that we do not have a choice from the networks and National and International news is only what we get. Now this is also a tactic practiced by many news networks to focus your head elsewhere so you will be alienated from your own neighborhood and community issues.

My goal is to practice a loop of journalism that takes care of local issues first as the spirit of GOD tells me to start an issue at home first. Local issues these days have to do with citizens living and personal security. To this point I am concerned to every aspect of local Safety & Traffic issues that favors citizens safety. For that matter is where I started to have interest for the urban acoustics issues of pollution. First there it is a challenge issue in so many ways because there are a great lack of personal public education on the issue. Government bodies, Public Transportation, Manufactories of Market and the Wrong After Market Vehicles Manufactories has been for years taking advantage of our lack of education contributing to the general pollution chaos in the City.

    • Studying The Energy That Surrounds You

Sensorial Sciences helping people to improve their quality of life by understanding the toxic energy that surrounds them.

Helping healthy and disable individuals to understand the real reality behind sound energy. The vehicle manufactories industry and it engineers lobbied the Government giving decibels measurements that are bias and not appropriate for human life or living. It is time for them to correct that!

Many times I wrote that you can not assess an acoustic noise event from traffic based on decibels alone. Who understands decibels? Not the general population and there is where they fool you! To assess an event of noise use these items I am going to layout bellow:

      1. Source of Noise
      2. Type of Noise
      3. Range of Noise
      4. Decibels
      5. Frequency
      6. Landscape Architecture
      7. The human factor

Please, tell Congress and our Local Government that you are tired of lies and you want the true about correcting the decibels that is appropriate for humans not a machine.

Here is the question to Engineers:
      - How far a sound wave from the source of the noise emission is reaching out at the spectrum landscape? I know you can calculate that "range" in meters or feet and I am sure you know that --these items described above are the most important ones to assess an acoustic event, not decibels alone.
