The mother was unlawfully arrested and imprisoned by police and the mere say so of CAFCASS.
Police turned up in the middle of the night, to arrest and imprison the mother.
We salute Dai Davies MP who raised an EDM on the process and procedures of CAFCASS, on the basis that you are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY.
Isn't it a shame that the Secret Family Courts and CAFCASS need to be reminded of that Concept of Justice.

Who watches Social Services and CAFCASS ? After the Jersey Care Home scandal we can see they need watching over, or Social Workers will abuse power.
Secrecy operates as a "sect" within our courts, and ordinary people would be shocked at what they consider "reasonable".
They are now so far away from Justice, as to be causing uproar.
The UN has been notified that these Secret Courts are breaching the Human Rights of British Citizens.
Let's hope we win at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

Mothers For Justice - CAFCASS are DANGEROUS
OFSTED have just declared CAFCASS to be dangerous.
CAFCASS are "Children and Family Court" Social Workers.
They operate in Secrecy.
One third of children consulted are dissatisfied with CAFCASS.
There are many serious failings in its core role of protecting children, one child has suffered a fractured skull, and CAFCASS did "nothing". OFSTED had to step in, and rescue seven child on just this one small inspection of the East Midlands Region.
They kept confidential files, unlocked, in a public waiting room.
