PROTEST China's cruelty towards tibet : MADISON
The Tibet community in Madison, WI took the streets this past Saturaday afternoon. People were protesting China's cruelty. Others were opposed to their protest. The story that is told in this video brought tears to my eyes. It is important to note that they are for the olympics this summer, they just want the world to know what is really going on.

UW Swimming : POWER WORKOUT WITH THE SPRINTERS
This is my team! I am a proud member of the UW madison swim team. These are the people who swim the shorter races, I do the longer races, therefore I am not featured in this video. PRSSA ENJOYING CURRENT!
Every other week I show Current material at PRSSA chapter meetings. It stands for Public Relations student society of America. We are a great organization that enjoys staying current with what is going on in the media. We travel to agencies and explore the professional world of Public Relations. ORPHAN: DO YOU SEE ORANGE?
One out of every 20 children in sub-Saharan Africa are orphaned by AIDS, and on Tuesday, April 8th it is our goal that one out of every 20 students on campus will be wearing orange “ORPHAN” T-shirts in order to represent this statistic, as part of a larger campaign called "Do You See Orange?" This campaign is part of a movement called Acting on AIDS, whose goal is to create awareness and promote activism on the global AIDS pandemic at colleges and universities across the nation. Throughout the week of April 7th there will be various events held on campus and throughout Madison in order to further raise awareness of AIDS and provide ways to get involved.

Swimming on the upper East Side!
My club swimming team was recently featured in the New York Times. A 13-year old on the team is blowing past everyone in her age-group and has times of those in college. I was a part of this team for over 7 years and am so proud that this girl has helped swimming become a story in the NY times Sport section.
