Portland female teacher allegedly had sex with multiple students
Sandra Binkley, 36, a math teacher at Portland High School in Portland, Tennessee was arrested and charged with statutory rape by an authority figure for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old male student. Now it seems that the alleged one time incident was not one time incident at all, but she has raped other students too.
The Sumner County teacher arrested last week on one count of statutory rape surrendered to authorities Wednesday on three new charges.
Authorities allege Sandra Binkley, a math teacher at Portland High School, had sexual relationships with two additional students at the school, the first dating back nearly a year.
Brinkley allegedly had sex with the first student in a classroom closet on two occasions, in November 2007 and then again in August of this year, during school hours.
Also in August police said Binkley drove to the other student's home and engaged in sexual contact with the 16-year-old victim while sitting in her car in the victim's driveway.
She now faces two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure, in additional to last week's statutory rape charge. Investigators found about the first case after the teenager told his parents, who reported the incident to school administrators. Florida Female Teacher Admits Sex Abuse of a Student
Jennifer Gwynn Tarkenton, 34, a teacher of educationally mentally disabled students at Greenwood Lakes Middle School in Lake Mary, Florida was arrested in Novenmber 2007 after a deputy sheriff allegedly found her and a 14-year-old boy in her car after having sex.
Tarkenton, who has since gotten married and goes by Jennifer Nero, was arrested on three counts of lewd or lascivious battery on a child 12 or older by a person over the age of 18.
Tankerton and the student were discovered in her Ford Focus on a deserted stretch of road near Lake Mary. A neighbor had called authorities, saying a suspicious vehicle was parked on the road. When a Seminole County deputy arrived, the vehicle was rocking and the windows were fogged up, according to court records.
The boy told deputies that he and Tarkenton had sex inside the vehicle 3 times after she picked him up at his house, drove to a nearby pharmacy and purchased condoms. the boy told deputies that they engaged in both oral sex and sexual intercourse.
After plea negotiations in October 2008, Jennifer Tankerton (Nero) pleaded no contest to one count of felony battery and was sentenced to five years probation. That means she will not have a record as a sex offender.
She also agreed not to live within 500 feet of a school or park, to complete a sex offender treatment program and to stay away from anyone under the age of 18, except for her son. Female teacher gets 6 years in student sex case
elsey Peterson, 26-year-old female teacher from Lexington, Nebraska, plead guilty to federal charges of crossing state lines to engage in sex with a person under and was sentenced to six years in prison.
Peterson was a sixth-grade teacher and coach in small town of Lexington, until Oct. 25 2007, when school officials put Peterson on administrative leave after learning that she might be in a relationship with a 13-year-old student. The school had reason to believe that 25-year-old Kelsey Peterson was having sexual relationship with 13-year-old Fernando Rodriguez.
According to police, correspondence uncovered in an investigation shows the two have had a sexual relationship for some time. Letters allegedly sent by Rodriguez while living at a home for at-risk boys in Alliance refers to teacher Kelsey Peterson as his “Baby Gurl” and says that their relationship is about more than sex. Mom accused of performing sex act on toddler son
Alicia Lee, 31, from Denver, Colorado, is charged with sexual assault on young child - her own 2-year-old son. Lee faces charges of sexual assault on a child, sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and additional charges.
Alicia Lee of Denver also took photos of herself performing oral sex on her child and then e-mailed them to a friend in April, according to an arrest affidavit. Police say Alicia Lee sent the pictures to a friend, who forwarded them to the 2-year-old boy's father. The father then called police.
According to a copy of the e-mail reported by the Rocky Mountain News, the mom told her friend in April that she thought about the sex act while changing the boy's diapers. The next day, she sent a photo of the act to a friend and said the boy giggled.
In an April 4 message, Lee wrote to her friend, "Did I tell you about my fantacy (sic) about the baby? It is weird but at times when I change his diaper I think of taking it into my mouth to see his reaction."
In a message the next day, she wrote, "DID IT!!././.He giggled a lot. I think it tickled him. I will try again tomorrow. I think if I do it enough he will get use (sic) to it." South Dakota Woman Gets Probation for Rape of a Young Boy
Marchelle West (aka Marchelle West-Boston) 28-year-old Sioux Falls woman was indicted in May 2008 by a Minnehaha County grand jury on two counts of rape of a boy who was 14 and 15 at the time. She faced up to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in July to fourth-degree rape.
She was sentenced in September to a suspended prison term of three years - avoided jail time for having sex with a underage boy, half her age.
28-year old Marchelle West admits that hen she was 27 she had sex with a 14 year old boy.
According to court papers the mother of the juvenile victim contacted social services in October 2007 to report that Marchelle West had a sexual relationhsip with her then 14 year old son during the summer months fo 2007. The boy told police that he met West when she was staying at his friends house. According to boy West grabbed his genitals through clothes snd fondled him pulling him to the couch where they had intercourse. Boy stated that West told him it was OK to ejaculate inside of her.
Few months later, in August 2007 the victim was helping defedant to move. They then had sex scond time and the boy ejaculated inside of West again.
Victim received love letters from West which his mother later found and brought to police. In letters West states "you're not just my lover, you are my friend" and "Sometimes it is really hard for me to believe you are so young" and then "... you will always be in my life because of the baby.....you planted your seed." Largo teacher arrested for having sex with a student
Alyson Perry-Jarvis, 36-year-old third-grade teacher from Largo, Florida, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly engaging in a two-year sexual relationship with a neighborhood male youth.
Police say they became acquainted with each other through neighborhood and family connections in the fall of 2005 when the victim was 15 years old. The suspect then engaged the victim in sexual activity beginning in July of 2006 when the victim was 16-years of age. The activity occurred on repeated occasions and at various locations within Pinellas County, up until August of 2008.
On Friday, Sept. 19, the victim reported the crime to the Sheriff's Office. Detectives began their investigation.

Fulton Woman accused of raping young boy
Tabitha Regan, 18-year-old Fulton woman has been charged with raping a 13-year-old boy while his mother was asleep on a couch in their apartment. Regan is accused of having sexual intercourse with the boy on Aug. 29.
Tabitha Regan met the boy over the summer at Rowlee Beach. She told police that the pair had hung out together several times before the incident, but that they were always with other people.
In his statement to police, the victim said that Regan came over to his house in the evening on Aug. 29. He said his mother was asleep on the couch and he was watching television downstairs. He said Regan followed him to the upstairs bathroom and opened the door while he was washing his hands. He said she then ordered him to go into the bedroom, where the two undressed and had sex.

Another Michigan Female Teacher accused of having sex with teen students
Ranee Sue Proper, 41-years-old teacher from Holly, Michigan, has been arrested and arraigned on felony sex charges on allegations that she had sex with two male students at her home and the high school. Proper is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree. Proper taught vocal music to students in grades 9-12.
A police investigation began after a parent brought the allegations to police in May. Proper, a teacher in the Holly School District for four years, resigned in June. The incidents allegedly began in December and continued until April during Proper's time as a Holly teacher. It's unclear if the victims were actual students in Proper's class.
Rumors of Proper's alleged intimate relationships with students began spreading around the high school shortly before the end of the school year. She also let students to give her massages - some students considered that very inappropriate.

Salem Woman charged with raping boy, molesting girl
Morgan Alicia Jodeen Larson, 18-years-old Salem woman has been indicted by grand jury on sex abuse charges involving an 8-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl, both young relatives.
Larson is charged with rape, sodomy, sex abuse, unlawful sexual penetration and use of a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. She is scheduled to enter a plea later this week. She is being held without bail at the Marion County jail.
The sexual abuse allegedly began two to three years ago, when Larson was 15 or 16. Larson allegedly had sex with the boy and molested the girl. The molestation came to light when the female victim told an older family member about the abuse. The girl and boy confirmed details of the sexual abuse to Salem detectives, and later testified before the grand jury. Sex with trafficked women to be criminalised
A clampdown on kerbcrawlers and men who pay for sex with women who have been the victim of trafficking was launched today by Jacqui Smith.
Announcing at the Labour Party conference the Home Secretary aims to make it an offence to pay prostitutes who have been forced into the sex trade.
She went on to pledge new police powers to close brothels for three months. At present they can only shut them if there is evidence of drug abuse or anti-social behaviour. She also signalled that ministers would tighten regulations for lap-dancing clubs amid fears that local authorities have too little power to restrict where they open and how they operate.

Church settles sex abuse case against HIV priest
A 32 year old, with severe mental illness turned to his church in San Francisco, only to be abused by his priest.
The priest allegedly entangled the mentally ill parishioner in a long-running, illicit relationship, offering religious salvation while inflicting sexual abuse.
Over a 14-year-period, several church officials learned that the priest was HIV-positive, and they suspected he was having sex with his parishioner, but they did not report Rymer's misconduct.
Following years of back and forth between the church and the man's lawyers the church has agreed to a confidential settlement. Now 50 years old, the man remains under psychiatric care. He has held a series of menial jobs for short periods and sometimes has been homeless, sleeping on the street.

Lisa Robyn Marinelli's Trial Date Set
Pasco Circuit Judge Thane Covert set the trial of Lisa Robyn Marinelli on a charge of unlawful sex with a minor for Dec. 1.
Investigators say Marinelli, now 41, had sex with the boy about 10 times between Jan. 12 and Feb. 27. Most of the encounters took place in the teacher's 2007 Chrysler 300 in or near the Longleaf subdivision, off State Road 54. The relationship was discovered Feb. 28, according to affidavits, when the teen's father went to visit him at his workplace and saw his son getting out of Marinelli's back seat, holding his pants together as if he was pulling them up.
The judge granted a motion from the prosecution to compel Marinelli to provide a DNA sample. Marinelli was taken to a back room by a detective and other witnesses looking on to do a swab of cells from her inside cheek.
The DNA will be compared to that found on a pair of undergarments which the boy allegedly got from Marinelli.

Sex with Young Boy Video Leads to Woman's Arrest
Stacey Sheldon, 31-year-old Apopka woman has been arrested by Orange County Sheriff's deputies for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy. Sheldon faces charges of committing a sex act with a 16-year-old.
According to the Orange County sex crimes unit, Stacey Sheldon accidentally left her cell phone at the boy's house. The boy's sister discovered Sheldon's phone and found the video clips showing Sheldon having sex with her brother, deputies said. The 16-year-old victim told detectives that he met Sheldon in July. They had sex four or five times in various places, including his house and her home.

Carolynn Hatcher Pleads Guilty To Having Sex With Teen Boy
Carolynn Hatcher, 25-years-old teacher and housemother at Midwestern Home for Children in the village of Pleasant Plain, Ohio has pleaded guilty to three charges of sexual battery. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped three additional sexual battery charges. She was orginally charged on allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old male resident of the home and became pregnant with the teen’s child.
Hatcher was indicted on six counts of sexual battery. The alleged crimes reportedly happened during April and May of this year. Hatcher, who worked at the facility with her husband was fired by the group home in June.
Hatcher came to the attention of authorities when another child living in the group home reported the relationship.
Prosecutors say the boy came into state's care in 2004 after he was believed to have been physically abused and neglected. Woman Arrested for Sex Abuse of Friend's Daughter
Valencia Sephus, 30-year-old Harvey woman, was arrested last Thursday for the alleged sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl. South suburban woman was ordered held on $250,000 bond.
Sephus is charged with having a sexual encounter in June with the teenager at a Tinley Park apartment while girls parents weren't home. The girl is the daughter of Sephus' friend, police said. Female teacher who faces sex charges arrested again
Jeannie Michelle Hodges, A 39-year-old language arts teacher formerly at Hobbton Middle School, wasarrested first time in July and was then charged for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old male student. Hodges posted a $20,000 bond to get out of the Sampson County Detention Center after she was charged with statutory rape, sexual offense with a student and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Hodges was arrested again last weekend, midnight Friday, at a drivers license checkpoint when a 15-year-old male was found driving her car -- the same boy she is accused of molesting.
When the Ford Explorer approached the checkpoint, police officers stopped it and asked the teenage driver for his driver’s license. He replied that he did not have one. Officers then asked the boy’s age, to which he answered 15, before asking if passenger Hodges had her license. Hodges told officers that she had a license, but not with her, reports state.
Both were asked to exit the Explorer and officers received consent to search it. A search was conducted of both the vehicle and Hodges’ purse. Inside the purse, officers found Hodges’ driver’s license as well as a business card for a local bail bonding service, according to reports.
When officers questioned Hodges about the card, she stated that she recently bonded out of jail on charges of statutory rape. Officers asked if it was the 15-year-old driver, to which she replied yes, authorities said.

Priest admits to 27 sexual assaults
A priest at a Manchester Catholic school has admitted to sexually abusing 27 children in the 1970s and 1980s.
Father William Green, 67, admitted the assaults on children aged between eight and 16.
Green was charged with 33 counts of indecent assault against nine boys under 16, but only pleaded guilty to 27 of the charges relating to seven victims. The remaining six charges were ordered to lie on the file.
A spokesman for the Catholic Church in Greater Manchester said: "We have co-operated with the authorities since the beginning of the investigation. It is regrettable when something like this happens. Woman pleads guilty to child pornography and bestiality charges
A tearful 40-year-old travel agent from Sydney admitted to possessing and distributing horrific images of child pornography including depictions of assault and bestiality.

Pope sorry for priests' sex abuse
Pope Benedict XVI has told Australians he is deeply sorry for the sexual abuse of children by some Catholic priests.
Speaking at a gathering of bishops in Sydney, the Pope spoke of the "shame we have all felt" and called for abusers to face justice.
A campaign group criticised the speech, saying the Pope should have met some victims to apologise in person.
The Pope was speaking as thousands of Catholic pilgrims began gathering for a candlelit prayer vigil in Sydney.
The pontiff will lead the vigil at the city's Royal Randwick Racecourse.
The Pope is in Australia to mark World Youth Day, which is drawing Catholics from around the world to the country.
