Welcome to Aspartame Victims, the official site of the "Official Aspartame List", the famous e-mail group where victims of aspartame poisoning discuss the issues of aspartame recovery and aspartame activism.
This group was founded at the beginning of 1999 in response to the huge number of persons responding to the information available on the Internet, primarily thanks to the famous "Nancy Markle" e-mail and the aspartame victims' information sites such as http://www.aspartamesafety.com/ and http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/.
Now we have a support group for aspartame victims, which is also a brain center for aspartame activists. We have found that, once people find out that they have been poisoned, they become very angry and committed to spreading the message to others, warning them not to allow themselves to be poisoned any longer. We do not advocate your failing to see the doctor for ligitimate health concerns. Claims to the contrary are false and deliberately misleading. We advocate the practice of everyone having a say in her or his own health matters.
After giving up the consumption of aspartame, many people occasionally continue to suffer some of the same symptoms, and in many cases, this might be due to their consumption of foods and other products that contain MSG (monosodium glutamte). The presence of this in many products is often disguised by misleading labelling, and this is an important topic in terms of the recovery of aspartame users.
