NICARAGUA: A DYING GENERATION
Nicaragua's decision to ban all types of abortion including those medically necessary to save a woman's life, has had deep ramifications according to human rights groups in the second poorest country in the Western hemisphere. Since the ban was implemented in 2006, 82 women have died because they did not receive a life saving abortion.
