Royal Navy won't fight pirates 'in case they claim asylum'
Following a recent rise in pirate attacks off the Horn of Africa, reportedly Her Majesty's Royal Navy has been powerless to act following official concern over possible violations of the buccaneers' human rights - and worries that they might seek asylum in the UK after being captured.
Whilst the French have recently mounted aggressive raids against the pirates, and even Russia has now ordered a naval taskforce to the region. British warships patrolling the Red and Arabian seas have so far failed to get stuck in. Prince Harry: I belong on the front line
The 23 year old soldier, third in line to the throne, had a successful first tour of duty in the war zone earlier this year.
Now he is desperate to go back for another encounter with hostile Taliban forces.
Last year the Ministry of Defence struck a deal with the media to allow Harry the chance to fight in secret.
However it is thought this arrangement was a one-off that is unlikely to be repeated.
The source added: “Once again it is the powers-that-be who will decide if Harry can have his wish.
“Again, the issue is whether his mere presence in the theatre of war will make his men an added target for the Taliban. The 23 year old soldier, third in line to the throne, had a successful first tour of duty in the war zone earlier this year. ... more -

$100,000 - MISTAKE (FISHERMEN'S LOAN)
I'm a commercial fisherman fighting the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Bank) over a $100,000 loan mistake. I lost my home, fishing vessel and equipment. Help me fight this corporate bully by closing your RBC account.

There is no monthly interest payment date on the contract.
Date of first installment payment, (Principal + interest) is approximately 1 year from the signing of my contract.
Demand loan contracts signed by other fishermen around the same time showed a monthly interest payment date on their contract,(agreement).
The lending policy did change at RBC from one payment (principal + interest) per year for fishing loans to principal paid yearly with interest paid monthly. This lending practice was in place when I approached RBC.
Only problem is the loans officer was a replacement who wasn't familiar with these type of loans. She never informed me verbally or in writing about this new criteria.
