    • TheAct.tv Students, Isabella and Marcella Pugliese, are ACT trained and ready for ...

Pilot Season in Hollwood happens in less than four months of the year. They are often a magic time for newcomers: a frenzy of decision making, focus-grouping, script rewriting, and–most importantly for the hungry young actor–casting. What this means for young actors like the Puglises Twins is simple: pilot season is the best time of the year to be discovered and cast.

    • ACT acting student talks about her ACT experience

This is an actual interview from an ACT student and it gives readers a little bit of of a look at the ACT program from a student's perspective.

Miss Hamilton was not a novice actor when she began her courses at ACT, she had taken local acting/ dance classes, she was a participant of the Odyssey of the Mind (a competition in which teams have to write, direct, perform and make scenery for a play -- her team team even competed in the international arena!) and she had performed in her school’s variety shows.

    • The Act of Great Acting is Alive and Well in Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix actors may very well be "Unbeatable," but so is this review of the latest offering of the Phoenix theatre, yes, it is "UNBEATABLE."

The theme, breast cancer, isn’t the usual musical plot. But “Unbeatable” turns the actor's journey into a struggle between tragedy and discoveries about life’s real joys.

Chris Curcio's review of this theatrical success is worth the few minutes it will take to read it, then if in Phoenix, get your tickets and catch the show at the Phoenix Theatre before it closes.
