I have only watched the show a few times, but every episode is the same. I think the show is designed to leave you wanting more, but at the end of every episode you have that same empty feeling.

There is nothing short term about system the state sets up. dates all the way back to income tax. That was proposed as a short term solution. last time I checked we still pay it every paycheck...
