The following authorization terms (“AutoPay Terms”) are applicable to the Current Max Subscription (“Current Max” or the “Subscription”) provided by Finco Services, Inc. d/b/a Current, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (collectively, “Current,” or “we,” “our” and “us”). “I” refers to the individual using the Subscription. These AutoPay Terms are subject to, and are governed by, the terms of the Current Max Subscription Agreement, which are incorporated herein by reference. Except as otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Current Max Subscription Agreement.
1. AutoPay Authorization and Acceptance of the AutoPay Terms By agreeing to these AutoPay Terms, I hereby authorize Current to initiate recurring electronic debit entries for payment of the disclosed Subscription Fee shown in the Current Max section of the App from my Current Account at the beginning of each Billing Cycle (“AutoPay”) until I cancel my Subscription or I revoke this AutoPay authorization. I also confirm that I am authorized to initiate transfers from my Current Account and that I authorize such transactions from that account each Billing Cycle. I also acknowledge and agree that my monthly statements will be the only notice of the Subscription Fee amount deducted. In the event there are insufficient funds in my Current Account to pay the Subscription Fee when due, I understand and acknowledge that my Subscription will be cancelled.
2. Authorization to Correct Errors I also authorize Current to initiate electronic debits or credits to my Current Account in the event of an erroneous debit or credit or as otherwise appropriate.
3. Cancellation or Termination This AutoPay authorization will remain in full force and effect unless I notify Current that I wish to revoke the authorization or cancel my Subscription a minimum of three (3) business days before the scheduled date of transfer, either orally or in writing, to the Support team. I also understand that my revocation of this authorization will not cancel any payment that is initiated before it becomes effective.
4. Miscellaneous These AutoPay Terms are subject to change or amendment from time to time, including by adding, deleting or modifying terms, for any or no reason, and will be effective when posted on the Current App and website. We may provide notice of changes to these AutoPay Terms as and if required by applicable law. My continued use of and enrollment in AutoPay following any changes to these AutoPay Terms will constitute my agreement to and acceptance of any changes. I understand that I should retain a copy of this AutoPay Authorization for my records and any authorized updates to it, which will be provided to me if required by applicable law.
