By clicking “Confirm Payment,” I authorize Finco Advance LLC (“Finco Advance”) to electronically debit my Current Account. Finco Advance will make a one-time payment today for full repayment of your Paycheck Advance amount as well as any applicable Instant Access Fee(s). I further authorize Finco Advance to electronically debit or credit my account to correct any erroneous credit or debit.

Finco Advance will withdraw this money from your account today and the payment will be credited to your Paycheck Advance today.

You can print or save this confirmation screen for a receipt of this scheduled payment.

Please note that this authorization represents your permission to debit your Current Account in accordance with its terms and does not constitute your agreement to pay any amount to Finco Advance. Finco Advance’s provision of Paycheck Advance is governed by the Paycheck Advance Terms and Conditions, which state that Finco Advance has no legal or contractual claim or remedy against you based on your failure to repay in the event a Paycheck Advance is not repaid in full, and in which Finco Advance also warrants to you that it will not engage in any debt collection activities with respect to Paycheck Advance, place a Paycheck Advance as a debt with or sell it to a third party, or report a Paycheck Advance to a consumer reporting agency.
