These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) between you and Finco Services, Inc. dba Current (“Current”) set forth the terms governing the DoorDash DashPass (“Benefit”) offered to eligible customers (as defined in Section II of these Terms) in connection with your Current Premium Account (each, an “Account”).
The Benefit is only available to holders of a premium individual Account (a “Premium Account”), subject to additional qualifying criteria defined in Section II of these Terms. The Benefit will expire on October 15, 2022.
An eligible customer may activate and opt in to the Benefit by starting the enrollment process through an email link sent by DoorDash. This enrollment process is defined in Section II of these Terms.
Fees
There are no additional fees charged for receiving the Benefit. Current membership fees may apply.
Business Days
Current’s business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, even if we are open. All references to “days” found in these Terms are calendar days unless indicated otherwise.
A. Who is Eligible for DoorDash DashPass Benefit?
The Benefit is available only to citizens and permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age with a valid Social Security number who are holders of a Current Premium Account. Additionally, to be eligible for the Benefit, you must set up and receive $500.00 in qualifying direct deposits each month to your Current Premium Account. Qualifying direct deposits are deposits made by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) consisting of payroll from an employer. Your eligibility may change based on your account history, spending activity, or other risk-based factors at Current’s sole discretion.
Qualifying Direct Deposits: A direct deposit made by ACH transfer consisting of payroll from an employer is a qualifying direct deposit. The recipient's name on the direct deposit must match the name of the Current Premium Account holder. Qualifying direct deposits do not include the following:
ACH transfers from an account held in your name at Current, another bank, brokerage firm, or other financial institution;
Transfers made to your Current Premium Account from digital wallets or P2P services, including, but not limited to, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, ApplePay, Facebook, or other similar transfers;
Cash loads made via third-party money transfer services;
Mobile check deposits via the Mobile App;
Current Pay Transfers (our internal P2P service) received in the Current Premium Account;
Unemployment benefits administered by state and/or federal governments; or
Tax refunds
In addition, to be eligible for the Benefit, you must be in compliance and continue to comply with these Terms, as well as any other agreement governing your Current Premium Account. The Benefit is not available to customers whose Current Premium Account has been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance within the last three (3) years.
B. Enrollment Process
You will be notified by DoorDash within five (5) days of when you become eligible via email, and must enroll in the Benefit by completing the enrollment process that is linked through the email. You must complete the enrollment process within five (5) days of receiving the email. If you do not complete the enrollment process within five (5) days, you will no longer be eligible for the Benefit.
C. Disqualification and Unenrollment
Once activated, the Benefit will be active for a period of at least thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days from the date that you complete the enrollment process, you will be unenrolled from the Benefit if you do not meet the eligibility and qualifying requirements outlined in the above sections. All users, regardless of eligibility, will be unenrolled from the Benefit on October 15th 2022.
D. Amendment and Cancellation
We may amend or change these Terms at any time and we may cancel or suspend your use of the Benefit at any time.
