This RELEASE (“Release”) is made and entered into by and between Finco Services, Inc., d/b/a Current (“Current”) and the individual (“Individual”).

The Individual hereby grants Current the right to use the Individual’s name, likeness, image, voice, testimonials, photographs, videos, and/or statements (“Materials”) in all marketing, advertising, promotional, and public relations materials, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and video formats. The Materials may be used by Current for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, promoting its products, services, and brand, in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, and in perpetuity. The Individual acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the Materials, or notice of the use of the Materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Individual waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or other copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which the Materials may be applied. Current shall have the right to adapt, edit, enhance, modify, crop, amend, or otherwise alter the Materials as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

The Individual holds harmless, releases and discharges Current, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of the Materials.

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. This Release constitutes the entire understanding between the Individual and Current regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
