Entry into this sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.
OVERVIEW/TIMING/SPONSOR: The Current Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by FinCo Services Inc. d/b/a Current, 217 Centre Street #180, New York, NY 10013 ("Sponsor"). For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s computer(s) is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am ET on July 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET September 30, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor will conduct one or more survey(s) ("Survey(s)") during the Sweepstakes Period and will email individuals throughout the Sweepstakes Period inviting them to participate in the Survey(s) ("Survey Invitation(s)"). The first time that an eligible individual properly and fully completes a Survey during the Sweepstakes Period, he/she will earn one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes as more fully described below. Limit one (1) entry per valid Social Security number and/or valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number regardless of the number of Surveys completed during the Sweepstakes Period. You (“Entrant”) are not eligible to participate if you do not receive a Survey Invitation directly from Sponsor. After the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from amongst all eligible entries received across all Surveys conducted during the Sweepstakes Period as more fully described below. Not all surveys conducted by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes; only those surveys associated with a Survey Invitation that invites participation in this Sweepstakes will be eligible.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (1) are legal residents and physically located in the fifty (50) states in the United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”); (2) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; (3) receive an authorized Survey Invitation from Sponsor; and (4) have a valid U.S. Current account in good standing as of the time of entry and through the time of prize award and fulfillment ("Eligible Entrants"). Void where prohibited. Eligible Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number. Employees (and their immediate families - spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Current, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Eligibility for and those who receive a Survey Invitation will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Even if you receive a Survey Invitation, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements; receipt of a Survey Invitation does not guarantee that you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
To qualify for the Sweepstakes, an Eligible Entrant must receive a Survey Invitation email directly from Sponsor. Eligible Entrants must follow all on-screen instructions and complete all questions provided in a Survey during the Sweepstakes Period to earn one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes. All conditions are required.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period
By participating, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will send Survey Invitation(s) inviting Eligible Entrants to visit a designated website ("Sweepstakes Site(s)") to complete a Survey. To enter, Eligible Entrants must click the link or otherwise follow the instructions contained in a Survey Invitation and then follow the on-screen links and instructions on the applicable Sweepstakes Site to complete and submit a Survey during the Sweepstakes Period ("Survey Entry"). After an Eligible Entrant completes a Survey (including providing all required responses and information and following all on-screen instructions) for the first time through a Sweepstakes Site during the Sweepstakes Period, the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per valid Social Security number and/or valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number regardless of the number of Surveys completed during the Sweepstakes Period. An Eligible Entrant must complete all Survey questions to earn a Survey Entry in the Sweepstakes, but substantive Survey responses will not affect such entrant's chances of winning a prize in this Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a Survey Entry is received only when the applicable Sweepstakes Site's servers record the submission of an entrant's completed Survey with all required information. Survey Entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, through the Sweepstakes Site, and in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in these Official Rules and on the Sweepstakes Site. Survey Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2024 in order to be eligible. An Eligible Entrant must complete the entire survey in order to be eligible to receive an entry in the Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting a Survey or entry (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming submission or a "thanks for entering" screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Survey Entry responses and entries may not be acknowledged or returned and Sponsor will own all Survey responses.
Those who do not provide the required responses or entry information in their Survey Entry or Survey or abide by these Official Rules and other instructions of Sponsor and its representatives may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified and the associated entry void. Attempts made by an entrant to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries or participation made on an entrant's behalf by any other individual, made by any entity or group, or originating at any website or online service other than a Sweepstakes Site, including, without limitation, through commercial promotion subscription notification or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the Sweepstakes. Entries may only be made according to the method described above.
Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without completing a survey, email your name, complete address, email address and phone number to giveaways@current.com with subject line “Current Survey Sweepstakes” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries at random on or around Monday October 14, 2024 at 12:00 pm EST. The winner will be notified via a payment from Current and prizes of $1,000 will be credited to the winner’s Current account within six (6) hours of selection. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If a potential winner does not reply and meet all eligibility requirements within 7 days or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, their prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue.
PRIZE: Winner(s) will receive $1,000 credited to their Current account. Necessary 1099 forms will be issued by Current. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
All applicable account terms, fees, and charges are subject to change. Current reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the one time reward or terminate the member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. Customers are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes due on the prize and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Current will report the prize as income to the tax authorities, if required by applicable law. Winner(s) should consult a tax advisor if needed.
SPONSOR DECISIONS: The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant represents and warrants that he or she has read, understands, agrees to and will follow the Official Rules. Entrant further represents and warrants that he or she has the right to agree to and fully perform consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the one time reward or terminate the member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice.
GRANT OF RIGHTS/PUBLICITY GRANT: By submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
ARBITRATION.
THIS SECTION SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.”
Please read this Arbitration Agreement carefully. It requires that any and all claims between you and Current be resolved by binding arbitration and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevents you from pursuing a class action or similar proceeding in any forum.
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes and being bound by these Official Rules, you acknowledge and agree that additional agreements are in place that govern your relationship with Current including, but not limited to, the Current Deposit Account Agreement, the Current Build Credit Card Agreement, the Current Build Deposit and Secured Accounts Agreement, the Current Privacy Policy, the Current Terms of Service, and the Electronic Communication Agreement (collectively, the “Additional Agreements”), each of which is hereby incorporated by reference. The terms and conditions of the Additional Agreements do and shall continue to apply in full force. You further agree that the Arbitration provisions of the Current Deposit Account Agreement and/or the Current Build Deposit and Secured Accounts Agreement (including its class action and jury waivers) shall extend to any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to: i) these Official Rules; ii) the Sweepstakes; iii) your qualification for the Sweepstakes; iv) advertisements, promotions or oral or written statements related to the Sweepstakes; no matter how described, pleaded or styled.
GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that sweepstakes prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the name(s) of the winner(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, (available ten (10) days after the conclusion of the sweepstakes), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Current Survey Sweepstakes “Winners List” or “Sweeps Rules” (specify which), Finco Services, Inc. , 217 Centre Street #180, New York, NY 10013, by no later than thirty (30) days after the sweepstakes conclusion.
