In order to be eligible to receive a free SIM card and two (2) months of free Month Pass wireless service from TextNow (the “TextNow Incentive”) under this TextNow/Current promotion, you must (i) be a new Current user, who has (ii) successfully signed up for a Current account through the link current.com/sim-textnow. The SIM card will be delivered to the mailing address you use to register for your Current account. Delivery times may vary. The two months of free Month Pass service will be provided by TextNow and will begin immediately upon your successful activation of the SIM card. This free Month Pass cannot be paused or extended. Upon expiration of the free Month Passes, your SIM card will be automatically enrolled into TextNow’s free Essential Data service.
This TextNow/Current promotion is jointly administered by TextNow, Inc. (“TextNow”) and Finco Services, Inc. d/b/a Current (“Current”), and TextNow and Current each retain full discretion to determine qualification for the TextNow Incentive as well as reserve the right to withhold the TextNow Incentive in the event of error, suspected fraud, illegality, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
