Can I change my wellness benefits?
Yes, you can request to change your wellness benefits any time by clicking the “Wellness Benefits” button on your Current Max manage screen. Wellness benefits are provided through Avibra. The benefits update at the start of each month and depending on the benefit, there may be waiting periods.
Why am I not seeing certain benefits?
Benefit eligibility depends on your age and your state. Not all benefits may apply to all users. Full terms and details available here.
When will I be charged for Current Max?
Current Max renews monthly, on the same date that you started the subscription. For example, if you signed up for Current Max on June 23, the next Subscription Fee will be charged on July 23. Your next billing date is displayed on your Current Max subscription management screen. If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Do I need to keep a direct deposit to stay enrolled?
No, Current Max is available to all Current members in good standing. However, we recommend combining Current Max with depositing an Eligible Payroll Deposit of at least $200 or more into your Current account over the preceding 35-day period to get the most out of your Current membership!
How to cancel Current Max:
You can cancel anytime from the app:
Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the subscription management screen
Click “Cancel your subscription” and follow the prompts
Can I re-enroll if I cancel?
Yes, you can always re-enroll in Current Max by clicking on the “Current Max” banner in the “Services” tab and following the prompts.
