BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
OVERVIEW/TIMING/SPONSOR: The Current GotDamZo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by FinCo Services Inc. d/b/a Current, 217 Centre Street #180, New York, NY 10013 ("Sponsor"). For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s computer(s) is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am ET on June 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET June 13, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor will conduct one game of trivia ("Game") during the Sweepstakes Period. After the Sweepstakes Period, 10 winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the Game conducted during the Sweepstakes Period as more fully described below.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (1) are legal residents and physically located in the fifty (50) states in the United States or the District of Columbia with the exception of the state of Rhode Island (“Territory”); (2) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; (3) have a public Instagram profile; and (4) are following @Current on Instagram ("Eligible Entrants"). Void where prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, you (or “Entrant”) are not eligible to participate as an Eligible Entrant if you live in the state of Rhode Island. Eligible Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number. Employees (and their immediate families, including spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Current, its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Eligibility will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Even if you participate in the Game, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements; participation in the Game does not guarantee that you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
To qualify for the Sweepstakes, Eligible Entrants must participate in the Game. Specifically, as provided in more detail below, Eligible Entrants must follow all instructions below pertaining to the Game during the Sweepstakes Period to earn an entry into this Sweepstakes.
By participating, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, the influencer GotDamZo will go live on Instagram to participate in the Game, a trivia-style game show hosted by the Sponsor. For each trivia question answered correctly by GotDamZo, the total prize amount will increase. To enter, Eligible Entrants must have a public Instagram page and comment on the livestreamed video during the Sweepstakes Period (a “Comment Entry”). Each Eligible Entrant who submits a Comment Entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt, there is a limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant who has submitted a Comment Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Comment Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2025. in order to be eligible. Comment Entries may not be acknowledged and Sponsor will own the content of all Comment Entries. Comment Entries that contain profanity or other lewd or offensive language in Sponsor’s sole discretion will not be considered eligible Comment Entries.
Entrants who do not abide by these Official Rules and other instructions of Sponsor and its representatives may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified and their associated entries void. Attempts made by an entrant to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity or group, or originating at any website other than as set forth specifically above, including, without limitation, through commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, Sponsor will use personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with its online privacy policy, located at https://current.com/privacy_policy/.
Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): For Eligible Entrants to enter without submitting a Comment Entry, email your name, complete address, email address and phone number to giveaways@current.com with subject line “Current GotDamZo Sweepstakes” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. All email entries must be received by 11:59:59PM ET on on June 30, 2025 to be eligible.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: In total, 10 winner(s) will be selected from eligible entries at random on or around June 16, 2025 at 12:00 pm EST. Each potential winner will be notified via an Instagram direct message from Sponsor, and will be required to provide a signed Form W-9 as well as a valid mailing address to Sponsor to receive a prize. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If a potential winner does not reply and meet all eligibility requirements within 7 days or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, their prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue.
PRIZE: Each winner will receive $150 via a check set to the address provided by the winner at the time of contact by Sponsor. Necessary 1099 forms will be issued by Current. Any and all prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
All applicable account terms, fees, and charges are subject to change. Current reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the one time reward or terminate the member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. Customers are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes due on the prize and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Current will report the prize as income to the tax authorities, if required by applicable law. Winner(s) should consult a tax advisor if needed.
SPONSOR DECISIONS: The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants that he or she has read, understands, agrees to and will follow the Official Rules. Each entrant further represents and warrants that he or she has the right to agree to and fully perform consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the one time reward or terminate the member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice.
GRANT OF RIGHTS/PUBLICITY GRANT: By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
ARBITRATION.
THIS SECTION SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.”
Please read this Arbitration Agreement carefully. It requires that any and all claims between you and Current be resolved by binding arbitration and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevents you from pursuing a class action or similar proceeding in any forum.
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes and being bound by these Official Rules, you acknowledge and agree that additional agreements are in place that govern your relationship with Current including, but not limited to, the Current Deposit Account Agreement, the Current Build Credit Card Agreement, the Current Build Deposit and Secured Accounts Agreement, the Current Privacy Policy, the Current Terms of Service, and the Electronic Communication Agreement (collectively, the “Additional Agreements”), each of which is hereby incorporated by reference. The terms and conditions of the Additional Agreements do and shall continue to apply in full force. You further agree that the Arbitration provisions of the Current Deposit Account Agreement and/or the Current Build Deposit and Secured Accounts Agreement (including its class action and jury waivers) shall extend to any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to: i) these Official Rules; ii) the Sweepstakes; iii) your qualification for the Sweepstakes; iv) advertisements, promotions or oral or written statements related to the Sweepstakes; no matter how described, pleaded or styled.
GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the delivery of any prizes via mail or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that sweepstakes prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the name(s) of the winner(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, (available ten (10) days after the conclusion of the sweepstakes), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Current Survey Sweepstakes “Winners List” or “Sweeps Rules” (specify which), Finco Services, Inc. , 217 Centre Street #180, New York, NY 10013, by no later than thirty (30) days after the sweepstakes conclusion.
